Job Title




System Engineer

  • Provide technical support for internal users, including PC hardware and software installation, configuration and trouble shooting
  • Helpdesk Support on software & hardware and work with service providers in case of any failure
  • Perform daily backup and preventive maintenance duties
  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or equivalent
  • With at least 1 year experiences
  • Familiar with Windows environment including AD, Windows
  • Server and Exchange Server
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese


Sr. Technical Engineer

  • Provide Technical Support to our customer
  • Handle technical issues and inquiries related to networking, security, operation system and VMware infrastructure.
  • Ensure outstanding incidents and requests are escalated properly and monitored
  • Establish and maintain appropriate and effective communication with users, technical teams and vendors.
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or equivalent
  • at least 3 years of hands-on experience
  • Good communication skill
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative to keep updates on IT knowledge
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered


Desktop Support Engineer

  • Handle end users IT requests and support tasks
  • Resolve hardware and software issues on computer devices and handheld devices
  • Prepare, install and configure desktop/laptop hardware & software and other IT equipment
  • Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 1-3 years’ experience in IT support or helpdesk
  • Holders of MCP, MCSA, MCSE would be an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft Windows, Office, and handheld devices
  • Independent and self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English


Migration Engineer

  • Schedule with user, and collect current configuration
  • Master Laptop, data transfer, and software installation & configuration
  • Perform desktop to laptop hardware migration
  • User testing and old hardware collection
  • Update inventory and migration schedule
  • Relocation for desktop items and maintains the correct inventory record after migration
  • Provide support and troubleshoot after migration by working with internal and external IT system owners to solve technical issues
  • Higher Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Studies or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT technical support
  • Experience in configuration of Windows 10 upgrade / rollout projects is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
